These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MedSalesCoach website, digital products, and coaching services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or accessing any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

MedSalesCoach provides:

  • Online educational content (self‑paced digital course materials), and

  • Coaching and mentorship services (strategy, guidance, and feedback).

MedSalesCoach does not provide recruiting, placement, employment, or staffing services.

2. Online Course (Digital Product)

2.1 Access & Delivery

The Online Course is a digital educational product delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.

2.2 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, all Online Course purchases are final and non‑refundable under any circumstances.

2.3 No Guarantee of Results

MedSalesCoach does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, income, or career advancement. Results depend on individual effort, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All course materials are proprietary and for personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

3. Coaching Program (Mentorship Services)

3.1 Scope of Coaching

The Coaching Program provides personalized guidance, strategy, and mentorship related to career development in medical sales. Coaching may include calls, written feedback, resources, and ongoing support as determined by MedSalesCoach.

3.2 Duration of Support

Coaching support is available for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3.3 No Refund Policy

All coaching purchases are final and non‑refundable, regardless of participation level, progress, or outcome.

3.4 No Employment Guarantee

MedSalesCoach does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment placement, or specific career outcomes. Coaching services do not constitute recruiting or placement services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your actions, applications, communications, and decisions.

  • Your results depend on your effort, consistency, follow‑through, and market conditions.

  • MedSalesCoach is not responsible for hiring decisions made by third parties.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting MedSalesCoach to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available." MedSalesCoach makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedSalesCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, employment, or business opportunities.

8. Termination of Access

MedSalesCoach reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for violations of these Terms, misuse of content, or abusive behavior.

9. Modifications to Terms

MedSalesCoach may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which MedSalesCoach operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
